Question 1

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We currently serve Davenport, Kissimmee, Haines City, Clermont, and surrounding communities in Polk and Osceola Counties. Not sure if we cover your area? Call or text us at 1-855-458-2937 and we'll let you know.

Question 2

How does pickup and delivery work?

Accepted Answer

It's simple — schedule online, choose a pickup date, and we come to your door. We clean your bedding at our facility using commercial-grade equipment, then return it fresh, fluffy, and finished with your chosen scent. Most orders are returned within 2–3 business days.

Question 3

Is pickup and delivery really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — free pickup and delivery is included with every order. No hidden fees, no minimum order required for delivery.

Question 4

How long does the whole process take?

Accepted Answer

From pickup to delivery, most orders are completed within 2–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation when your order is picked up and another notification when it's on its way back to you.

Question 5

Do I need to be home for pickup?

Accepted Answer

You don't need to be home — many customers leave their bedding in a bag by the door or in a designated spot. Just let us know in the booking notes where to find it and we'll take care of the rest.

Question 6

What types of bedding do you clean?

Accepted Answer

We clean comforters, duvets, duvet covers, blankets, quilts, pillows, mattress pads, mattress toppers, and bed skirts — in all sizes from twin through California king. If you're not sure whether we can handle a specific item, just ask.

Question 7

My comforter is too big for my home washer. Can you handle it?

Accepted Answer

That's exactly what we're here for. We use commercial-grade washers and dryers specifically sized for oversized bedding — king, California king, and everything in between. Your comforter gets the room it needs to be cleaned properly and dried completely.

Question 8

How often should I have my comforter professionally cleaned?

Accepted Answer

We recommend every 3–4 months for most households, and every 2–3 months if you have allergies, pets that sleep in the bed, or tend to sleep warm. Always clean after an illness, regardless of your regular schedule.

Question 9

Do you clean down and feather-filled bedding?

Accepted Answer

Yes — down comforters, feather pillows, and down-alternative fills are all welcome. We use gentle, high-efficiency cycles and low-heat drying to protect the fill and restore loft without damaging delicate materials.

Question 10

Can you remove stains from my bedding?

Accepted Answer

We treat common stains as part of our standard cleaning process. For stubborn or set-in stains, we'll do our best — but we can't guarantee complete removal on every item. If you have a specific stain concern, mention it in your booking notes and we'll give it extra attention.

Question 11

What is the Diamond Scent Collection?

Accepted Answer

The Diamond Scent Collection is our signature finishing touch — six exclusive fragrances you can choose from when you book: Diamond Fresh, Lavender Luxe, White Linen, Citrus Bloom, Sandalwood Noir, and Unscented. Your bedding is finished with your chosen scent before delivery.

Question 12

Is your cleaning process safe for sensitive skin?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We use hypoallergenic, fragrance-free detergents as our base cleaning agents. If you have skin sensitivities or allergies, select 'Unscented' from the Diamond Scent Collection and let us know in your booking notes — we'll take extra care.

Question 13

How is pricing determined?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is based on the type and size of the item. You can see all pricing on our Services & Pricing page or directly in the booking flow. There are no surprise fees — what you see is what you pay, with free pickup and delivery always included.

Question 14

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. You can also choose to pay at pickup if you prefer — just select 'Pay at Pickup' during booking.

Question 15

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we run seasonal promotions and offer first-time customer discounts. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay in the loop. You can also check our landing page for current offers.

Question 16

Can I use a promo code?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Enter your promo code at checkout in the booking flow and the discount will be applied automatically before you confirm your order.

Question 17

Do you clean pet beds and blankets?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We offer professional cleaning for dog beds, cat beds, and pet blankets of all sizes. Our pet-safe cleaning process removes dander, odors, and bacteria — leaving your pet's bedding fresh and sanitized.

Question 18

Are the cleaning products safe for pets?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We use pet-safe, non-toxic detergents for all pet bedding. No harsh chemicals, no residues that could irritate your pet's skin or coat. Your furry family member's health is just as important to us as yours.

Question 19

How often should I have my pet's bedding cleaned?

Accepted Answer

We recommend every 2–4 weeks for pet beds, especially if your pet spends a lot of time on them. More frequent cleaning helps control odors, reduce allergens, and keep your home smelling fresh.

Question 20

Can you handle heavily soiled pet bedding?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we're equipped to handle heavily soiled pet items. Our commercial-grade equipment and pre-treatment process tackle tough odors and deep-set dirt. Just note any special concerns in your booking and we'll plan accordingly.

Question 21

Do I need to create an account to book?

Accepted Answer

No account required. You can book as a guest — just enter your name, email, and pickup details at checkout. We'll send your confirmation and updates by email.

Question 22

What are the benefits of creating an account?

Accepted Answer

With an account you can view your full order history, track current orders, save your preferences (like your favorite scent), and access exclusive member promotions. It only takes a minute to sign up.

Question 23

Can I cancel or reschedule my pickup?

Accepted Answer

Yes — please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup to cancel or reschedule. Call or text 1-855-458-2937 or email Support@diamondelegant.com and we'll take care of it.

Question 24

What if I have a problem with my order?

Accepted Answer

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — whether that means a re-clean or a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Question 25

What time of day do you do pickups and deliveries?

Accepted Answer

We schedule pickups and deliveries during daytime hours, typically between 8 AM and 6 PM. You'll receive a confirmation with your estimated window when you book. If you need a specific time preference, add it to your booking notes and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Question 26

How will I know when my order is on its way back?

Accepted Answer

You'll receive a notification by email when your cleaned bedding is out for delivery. If you have the Diamond Elegant app, you can also track your order status in real time from the Orders tab.

Question 27

What should I put my bedding in for pickup?

Accepted Answer

A large plastic bag, laundry bag, or even a tied bed sheet works perfectly. We'll return your bedding neatly folded and wrapped. If you're a returning customer, your permanent Bag Tag number is already on file — just attach it to your bag and you're all set.

Question 28

Do you offer same-day or next-day service?

Accepted Answer

Our standard turnaround is 24–72 hours from pickup to delivery, depending on the complexity of your bedding. Simple items like sheets and pillowcases are typically returned within 24–48 hours, while heavier or more delicate items such as thick comforters, duvets, and specialty fabrics may take up to 72 hours. For urgent requests, contact us directly at 1-855-458-2937 and we'll let you know if expedited service is available in your area.

Question 29

Do you clean weighted blankets?

Accepted Answer

Yes — weighted blankets are welcome. Because of their size and weight, they require our commercial-grade equipment to be cleaned safely and thoroughly. Standard home washers often can't handle the load, which is exactly where we come in.

Question 30

Will my bedding shrink or lose its shape?

Accepted Answer

We follow care label instructions for every item and use appropriate water temperatures and drying settings to protect your bedding. Down and delicate fills are dried on low heat to preserve loft. Shrinkage is rare when proper care instructions are followed.

Question 31

Can I request fragrance-free cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Just select 'Pure Diamond' (our fragrance-free option) from the Diamond Scent Collection when you book. Your bedding will be cleaned with our standard hypoallergenic detergents and returned with no added scent — ideal for sensitive skin or allergies.

Question 32

Do you clean mattress protectors and toppers?

Accepted Answer

Yes — mattress pads, mattress protectors, and mattress toppers are all items we clean. These are often overlooked but can harbor dust mites, allergens, and bacteria over time. We recommend cleaning them every 2–3 months alongside your comforter.

Question 33

What happens if my bedding is damaged during cleaning?

Accepted Answer

We treat every item with care, but in the rare event that damage occurs during our cleaning process, we'll work with you to find a fair resolution. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

Question 34

Is there a minimum order amount?

Accepted Answer

There is no minimum order amount. You can book a single item — like one comforter — and still receive free pickup and delivery. We want the service to be accessible for everyone, whether you have one item or a full household of bedding.

Question 35

Do you charge extra for oversized items like California king comforters?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is based on item type and size, so larger items like California king comforters are priced accordingly. You can see the exact price for each item on our Services & Pricing page or in the booking flow before you confirm your order — no surprises.

Question 36

What is the Diamond Rewards program?

Accepted Answer

Diamond Rewards is our loyalty program that lets you earn points with every order. You earn 10 points for every dollar spent, plus a 50-point welcome bonus when you join and 100 points for every referral. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Visit your Rewards dashboard to check your balance and tier status.

Question 37

Can I pay when my bedding is picked up instead of online?

Accepted Answer

Yes — select 'Pay at Pickup' during the booking flow and our driver will collect payment when they arrive. We accept all major credit and debit cards at pickup as well.

Question 38

Do you clean orthopedic and memory foam pet beds?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we clean orthopedic and memory foam pet beds. These require special handling to avoid damaging the foam insert, so we clean the cover and outer materials thoroughly while protecting the structural integrity of the bed.

Question 39

My pet's bed has a strong odor. Can you get rid of it?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Odor elimination is one of the most common reasons pet owners come to us. Our commercial-grade cleaning process removes bacteria and organic compounds that cause persistent pet odors — not just masking them, but eliminating them at the source.

Question 40

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Log in to your account and visit the Orders section to see real-time status updates for your current order — from pickup confirmation through cleaning and delivery. You'll also receive email notifications at each stage.

Question 41

Can I set up recurring pickups?

Accepted Answer

Yes — if you'd like regular scheduled pickups (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), contact us at 1-855-458-2937 or email Support@diamondelegant.com and we'll set up a recurring schedule that works for you.

Question 42

Is my personal and payment information secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All payments are processed through our secure checkout powered by GoDaddy Payments, which uses industry-standard encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers. Your personal information is used only to fulfill your order and is never sold to third parties.
